技术人员不少于5名(3名中级工程师，2名初级工程师，其中中级工程师的相关是机械中级、通信中级、电信中级等)，并通过中安协组织的统一考试，成绩合格。工程造价人员不少于1名，须经过造价人员培训并取得相应资格证书。法定代表人和技术人员须均无犯罪记录。

申办安防资质的资料资料要到本地公安局申请，需要准备8位技术人员毕业证书、从业造价工程师执业资格证书有什么用?资格证书以及身份证和合同，并需要一份本公司详细的质量管理体系文件，资料备齐后送公安局技防部门审核，审核通过后需要到办公场所核实，所有通过后公安局将报送公安厅，由公安厅审核，通过后再安排5位技术人员培训考核，全部通过后方可办理相关手续。
