We analyze it from the following four points.

1、建筑企业应在资质证书期限内三个月前进行延期办理，按原有资质证书的申报方式继续申请资质延续，如果公司的净资产和主要人员符合现行资质标准的要求，资质证书应经资质许可机关批准更换资质证书，期限内自当日起计算。

2、企业在资质证书期限内的前三个月之内申请资质延续，资质受理部门受理企业的资质延续申请;资质证书的期限内届满之日到延续申请批准的期间内，建筑企业不得承接资质范围内的工程项目。

3、公司不再符合标准的资质要求，资质许可证管理机关不批准延续其资质，公司可以在三个月内重新申请同一类别低等级的资质。如果超过三个月时间还未提出资质延续申请，企业只能从低等级的资质开始申请。

4、如果建筑企业资质证书的期限内满，但是企业如果没有进行资质延期申请资质证书到期后会自动失效。这时候如果建筑企业想要继续施工活动，应该从低级别的资质中重新申请。
